Shipping and Handling
We charge a flat rate of $10.65 for any order under $100. All orders $100 or more have FREE shipping. Because our items are all custom made, normal shipping time is 7 to 10 days from receipt of payment with the exception of our candles. We keep an inventory of candles on hand and they will normally ship out within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Customers will be notified if an item will take longer than this to ship.
For customers in the Kansas City area If you would like to pick up your order and save the shipping charges, please call or e-mail with your order.
Damaged Pieces
We carefully package each order we ship to try to insure its safe arrival. Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged by the carrier, but all of our shipments are insured. If you receive an order that has any damage, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement of the damaged piece(s).
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days for a refund. Merchandise that is returned in its original condition will be refunded, minus any shipping and handling charges. All returned orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless an error has been made in the personalization or they have been damaged (see above).
